Where Did I come From?
I began my religious training at St Mark Baptist Church as a child over 50 years ago. I was brought up in
the church, Choir, BTU, Bible Study, Vacation Bible School, Sunday School, Young Adult Groups, Camps, Retreats. I worked with
the pastors, became a teacher, worked with the youth, the children and the adults. It wasn’t until I was in my early
thirty's I ventured out because I wanted more. The Bible said greater things I would do, but I was not. I wanted to receive
the baptism of the Holy Ghost, and I wanted to experience people being healed, blind men seeing, and crippled people get up
and walk. In my search it would take me seven years to find myself at Church of the Harvest, Four Square, Pastor Clarence
McClendon. Here I continued with Divine Christ Bible-based teaching and training. Here I received the baptism of the Holy
Ghost baptism; it was here I experience healing miracles. It was here I worked the Alter Ministry working directly in the
atmosphere of spiritual healing and prophesy in spiritual intense moments. I was blessed to have the opportunity to work with
the 20/20 Vision team. After almost Seven years Spirit spoke and said “It’s time to return home“. My heart
did not want to leave Bishop McClendon and his powerful ministry but spirit moved me accordingly and in time, missing the
home life of St. Mark "Missionary" Baptist Church, I returned, announced my calling in 2007, licensed in 2008, associated
minister at St. Mark Baptist Church under the stewardship of Bishop David Higgins, Sr.

ME!!! Truly God is head of my life. . . I live my life as a true woman who has been converted,
who is committed. I will never let the Lord down, no more, rings in my spirit a song we use to sing in the choir years ago.
No longer can I be only a partial measure of a Christian, for I must be all I can be in Christ Jesus. Finally I embody the
Gift of the spirit and seek his guidance daily. I seek first and only the Kingdom, for once I sought the treasures of
this land. Only Kingdom things matter to my heart, my soul, my spirit. I study to show myself approved unto God. I seek his
face, I pray not only does he call me daughter, that he calls me friend. I say to you, stay on the course, let not your heart
be troubled because in Christ you can do all things. God has created a wonderful woman in me and I desire to do God's will
he that his Glory be revealed.
